It's all about the Everyday Mum 

Are you a new mum? Looking to try and get back into fitness and not sure where to start?

 

With all the crazy changes that mums experience through Trimester 4, for most mums the idea of making time for themselves, probably feels like one more thing to add to your mile-long to-do list. 

 

However, the importance of exercise for new mums should not be overlooked which is why we created Everyday Mums (EDM)

 

EDM is a six week fitness program designed for new or existing mums with babies, looking to get back into pre-pregnancy fitness, build self-confidence and more importantly, have some fun. These sessions are a great opportunity to get some much needed "ME" time and meet other mums.

 

These small group sessions aim to promote all over body strength, boost energy and strengthen core muscles. This will involve learning new skills & techniques followed by a full body conditioning workout. Our expert coaches have designed this course to help build a solid foundation for your post-natal fitness journey.

 

Alongside your training, we’ll also be helping you with some nutritional advice & guidelines.

 

So bring yourselves along to get that well deserved ‘me time’ but don’t worry, if you can’t get yourself a babysitter, bring your baby along so they can cheer you on.

WHAT IS THE COST 

 

The Six Week block costs £105 and includes: 

 

  • One, weekly, specialist postnatal group fitness session:

    • Tuesdays & Thursdays 10.00am to 11.00 am

    • Coached by a qualified Pre & Post Natal Personal Trainer

  • Unlimited Email Support

  • Nutritional Guidance including a handy nutritional starter pack​

 

 

WHO CAN BENEFIT

 

Everyday Mums offers the following:

 

  • Group support for new mums

  • Small group session

  • Mix of skill, strength and cardiovascular training

  • Effective and safe post-natal workout with a qualified instructor (Mums must be at least 12 weeks post-partum)

  • Baby changing facilities onsite

  • Coffee shop access for some post workout nutrition

  • Free parking
