No two bodies move the same way — and that’s something to celebrate. Adaptive Personal Training is designed to make fitness accessible, empowering, and safe for people living with disabilities, neurological conditions, or additional needs.

 

Whether you’re working with limited mobility, sensory impairments, neurodiversity, or chronic health conditions, having the right training plans that helps you to move with confidence, improve strength, and enjoy exercise is key.

​As a certified Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer, we'll work together in understating your goals, health background, and daily challenges. Sessions will be tailored to suit your ability level — focusing on what you can do, not what you can’t. From strength training and cardio to balance and flexibility, every exercise can be adapted.

You’ll never feel rushed, judged, or pushed beyond your limits. My aim is to build confidence, independence, and enjoyment through movement.
